Mountain Communications manages five radio stations in New York State ’s Adirondack Park . Stations include Y106.3 (WYZY-FM) ROCK105 (WLPW-FM and WRGR-FM) 1240 WNBZ and ESPN Radio 920 AM.  Our formats target audiences of all ages and provide programming designed to excite, inform and serve our listeners while connecting them with our advertisers. It is our mission to support the communities we serve, promoting economic development and quality of life in these communities.

Founded in 1997 with the purchase of WYZY and WNBZ, Mountain Communications added WLPW-FM Lake Placid, WRGR-FM Tupper Lake and ESPN Radio in 2002 with the acquisition of Radio Lake Placid, Inc. We currently service over 40,000 listeners throughout Clinton County , Franklin and Essex Counties with regular locally produced News, Classic Rock, Sports Talk and Adult Contemporary programming.
